Playing on the phrase popularised by the book, which became the movie and now tv series, Cash 22 played on the fact that if you needed to borrow money from a scruffy looking place in Brick Lane then you probably can't afford to pay it back, and so you'll probably back in there to borrow more.

No alas Cash 22 'Credit & Finance Centre' is no more, as so much of that part of London it has become 'hipsterised' and as a result is now, yes you guessed it an.... Italian & Korean Vegan Fusion Restaurant, yes you couldn't make that shit up, in fact you don't need to because they are serving it 7 days a week in 'Vegan Yes"
